Policy Overview

At Ranthambore Ticket, we strive to be transparent about cancellations and refunds. Please read the specific terms for your booking type below. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to this policy.

Safari Permits — Non-Refundable: Once a safari permit (Gypsy / Canter) is confirmed and issued by the Forest Department, the safari portion is generally non-refundable as per government rules. Exceptions like monsoon closures are detailed below.

Safari-Specific Cancellations

Non-Refundable once issued

Standard Safari (Gypsy / Canter)

Once a safari permit is confirmed and issued by the Forest Department authorities, the amount paid for the safari component is non-refundable. This applies to both Gypsy and Canter safaris, regardless of cancellation reason.

Partial Refund Available

Monsoon Exception — Park Closure due to Rain

If Ranthambore National Park is officially closed on your safari date due to heavy rain, we will process a refund after deducting applicable charges. No refund is possible if the permit has already been issued.
